We are a not-for-profit organisation committed to growing our client base. Our services are available to people with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities and our increasing number of Hubs located around the Adelaide metropolitan area and the country regions, continue to provide valued services for our clients.

We currently provide day services to people with disabilities. There are two ways clients can access our programs; a referral from Disability SA, or self referral. If the referral is via Disability SA, a Options/Service Coordinator will complete a Referral Form with the client, family, carer or advocate and organise an Eligibility Interview. Referrals can also be made directly to scosa by clients, their family, carer or advocate, and services can be provided if the client meets the eligibility criteria.

The process is:

• Referral received and evaluated by scosa
• Initial Eligibility Interview conducted by scosa with the client, family/carer/advocate and significant others as relevant
• Decision made by scosa (based on a variety of criteria's, such as health care needs, capacity to provide appropriate support staff etc)
• Client is notified in writing

At any stage clients, their family, carer or advocate have the right to express any concerns they may have through the scosa Feedback process. This may include decisions made and / or actions taken that are considered unfair, offensive, discriminatory or incorrect.
